Padi, 76 Devonshire Street, Surry Hills
Padi, located in the heart of inner city Surry Hills is a culturally appealing homage to the origins of its menu.
Capri Equip managed the internal fit-out of the 3 dining room restaurant including; front counter, stainless steel benching and equipment, banquette seating, tiled floors, bamboo joinery artworks, commercial kitchen, bathrooms and numerous other elements that were shipped from overseas to create the rich cultural aesthetic and ambience.
Medusa Greek Taverna, Cnr Market and Kent Street, Sydney
Medusa Greek Taverna is a 100 seat authentic Greek restaurant situated on the corner of Kent and Market Street in Sydney’s CBD. Forever busy, Medusa has become a favourite among Sydney’s food connoisseurs and critics alike.
Capri Equip provided a full turnkey service to owner Peter assisting with all elements of the fit out process including shop fitting (encompassing both kitchen design and interior layout design), project management, PLUS the provision of stainless and equipment.

Credo Cafe, Miller Street, Cammeray
Credo Cafe/Restaurant/Lounge is a 120 seat restaurant/bar located in up market Cammeray in Sydney’s Northern suburbs.
Essentially a refurbishment, Capri Equip Project Managed this fit out as well as provided customised equipment and stainless solutions.
Specifically Capri:
- Customised and replaced existing kitchen equipment and stainless
- Provided a new stainless steel bar
- Project managed the fit out including new timber floors, ceilings and aquarium.

Summer Salt – Elouera Rd, Cronulla
Summer Salt Restaurant has established itself as one of the Sutherland Shire’s most famed restaurants. Located beachside at Elouera Rd in Cronulla, Sydney it offers diners a unique experience of contemporary Australian cuisine enhanced by Asian flavours, combined with a fantastic view of the ocean.
Specifically Capri Equip undertook a full kitchen and bar fit out including assisting with the kitchen layouts and the design and manufacture of customised stainless and equipment.
Two years after the initial fit out, the restaurant expanded its dining area capacity and Capri Equip upgraded the restaurants kitchen capabilities to accommodate the subsequent increase in customers.

Vivo Cafe – George Street, Suncorp Building and World Square Sydney
Capri Equip were commissioned to project manage the internal fit out and external construction of the new Vivo cafe restaurant, transforming this award winning cafe into a vibrant dining experience which included a stylish fast food area able to cater for frantic lunch time trade.
This highly efficient and effective renovation had Capri Equip project managing contractors from 52 different trades into various zones and schedules during the $1 million renovation, while the business continued to trade.
