Bounce Hotel – Chalmers Street, Surry Hills
Bounce Hotel, located in popular Surry Hills is a backpacker’s paradise offering modern finishes and equipment to foreign and interstate travellers.
Capri Equip were involved in the design, specification, manufacture and fit out of all elements of this stylish commercial stainless steel kitchen. Efficiency of space was paramount and with the capability of 5 separate work stations and plenty of room to move, Bounce Hotel is now a workable commercial kitchen, able to feed the masses on demand.
In addition, Capri Equip provided a bar and commercial kitchen fit out for the in-house backpackers bar complete with keg rooms, cool rooms and all stainless steel requirements.
The Sanctuary Hotel – Cnr Liverpool and Kent Street Sydney
The Sanctuary Hotel is a renovated hotel in Sydney’s Broadway. A funky drinking and eating destination, the Sanctuary is a ‘must go’ for any social outing.
Specifically Capri Equip:
- Manufactured and installed a new 11.5m bar
- Customised under bar and upright display refrigeration
- Customised the Gaming Room bar
- Undertook a complete kitchen fit out
- Provided keg rooms, cool room and freezer room facilities
Corporate Bar – Sydney CBD
Capri Equip was engaged to provide customised stainless solutions for this corporate bar in the Sydney CBD.
Specifically Capri Equip:
- Designed, manufactured and installed a new bar
- Customised and manufactured display refrigeration with a cool room insert
- Customised and manufactured all stainless benching and sinking.
