MLC School Cafe – Burwood Sydney
Capri were commissioned to design and project manage the fit out of a new cafe at MLC school Burwood. The cafe was to service the students, teachers, parents and visitors as part of a $20 million dollar construction project for the new MLC junior school. The scope of this project included all aspects from design and fit out to custom stainless steel fabrication and project management.

The Safe House – 13b Burton Street, Darlinghurst
The Safe House cafe and bar is a contemporary and elegant city cafe located on Darlinghurst’s Bustling Burton St.
Capri Equip were commissioned to project manage the fit out from start to finish including the fabrication and installation of a raised floor, commercial kitchen and stainless steel bar.
In addition, Capri confirmed, managed and installed all design elements including customised brass suspended shelving units and bronzed mirror paneling with etched corporate signage and backlighting.
Pompidou - 48 Alfred Street, Milsons Point
Pompidou is a cafe that exudes elegance from the lively display counter, renaissance wall paper and custom made communal table, a rare find in the heart of North Sydney’s, Milsons Point.
Capri Equip provided a turn-key solution to Pompidou cafe; demolishing an existing take away from floor to ceiling, managing the installation of refurbished elements and ultimately creating the colourful, creative palette that is Pompidou.
Sugar and Spice – 82 Edinburgh Road, Castlecrag
Sugar and Spice is a community deli located in Castlecrag which required a little TLC. Capri Equip were commissioned to re-design, provide equipment specifications and Project Manage the fit out process from start to finish.
All elements of the old deli were re-vitalised including; customised deli displays, stainless steel benches, joinery retail shelves, overhead chalk boards, recycled timber battens to front counter facade and all wall and floor finishes in between.
Sucra Creme – Walsh Bay Sydney
Capri Equip were commissioned to both design and project manage the fit out of a new cafe in the heart of Walsh Bay. This project included the design, fabrication and fit out of all elements for both the front of house servery and seating and back of house commercial kitchen.
Given the heritage listed status of the building, great care was needed to ensure the existing sandstone structure was not impacted by the new fit out. With the successful integration of the old with the new, Capri Equip were able to retain the historical ambience that makes Walsh Bay and the Rocks a major Sydney destination.
Well Connected – Glebe Point Road, Glebe
Capri Equip were commissioned to renovate and enhance this exciting Glebe Point Rd Cafe Restaurant with the aim to upgrade fittings, facilities and capabilities while maintaining the eclectic and rustic aesthetic. The fit out included the design and specification of a new commercial kitchen as well as a front of house servery area with custom designed and hand crafted joinery.
Vivo Cafe – George Street, Suncorp Building and World Square Sydney
VIVO Cafe was the Cafe of the Year 2007 award winner. It has three locations in the Sydney CBD with ViVo George Street, Suncorp and World Square being some of the best known coffee destinations amongst Sydney’s coffee drinkers.
VIVO Suncorp: Capri Equip undertook a complete project management role which included organisation, fabrication and installation of all shop fitting elements.
VIVO World Square: Capri Equip’s shop fitting and equipment services included a full kitchen refurbishment and expansion of the preparation area.

Cafe 363 – George Street Sydney
Cafe 363 is a sophisticated lobby cafe located in the newly renovated 363 George St office building.
The Cafe features both a takeaway service area and a sit down area.
Capri Equip were involved in the project management of the entire shop fitting process and also provided complete stainless and equipment solutions. The scope also included the custom fabrication of display units and stainless steel for the busy takeaway section.
